View slide information
To view the slide information, click its record or select “View Record” from the Actions menu, the following window appears:
Slide information such as the name, Id, folder name, and status are displayed. Go to Shared with users tab to view the users with which this slide is shared:
Users with whom the slide is shared are listed. For each one, the account name, type, country, city and status are displayed.
Go to Shared with user groups tab to view the user groups with which the slide is shared:
User groups with whom the slide is shared are listed. For each one, the account Id, account name, status, and updated date are displayed.
Go to Shared with folders tab to view the folders with which the slide is shared:
Folders are listed. For each one, the entity, status, the user who updated the folder, and updated date are displayed.
