Activate colorways
Notes:
- Activating colorways will cause order lines containing those colorways to be reactivated in the master catalog.
- Activating colorways in the master catalog will not activate them for its inherited catalogs.
To activate any of the deleted colorways, follow these steps:
- Select the colorways you want to activate by following any of these methods:
- Select “Activate Record” from the Actions menu next to the colorway you want to activate,
- Click the checkbox on top of the records to select all colorways then click the Activate button,
- Click the checkbox(es) next to the colorway you want then click the Activate button,
The following message appears showing the number of selected colorways:
You can click Cancel to keep the records inactive.
- Click Activate Record to confirm activating the colorways. The colorway status changes to “Active”.
