Favorites
As mentioned before, you can define articles as favorites for each of your customers.
The Favorites tab appears as shown below:
Articles added as favorites for the customer are listed. For each one, the customer code, tags, notes, and updated date are displayed.
You can add articles, import favorites, update or delete any of the listed favorites as discussed next.
