Edit articles
Note:
- You can only update active articles.
T1 provides three methods for updating articles as follows:
- Update individual articles using the Edit option
- Update a group of articles using the Update Bulk option
- Update a group of articles by importing a file with updated values using the Update via import option
The following sections discuss these methods.
