Colorway details
You can view and update the colorway details and assign delivery dates, images, resources to colorways. You can also view any changes that were done on the colorway status or number.
To view the colorway details, click its record or select “View Record” from the Actions menu next to it, its details are displayed as shown below:
This tab displays the colorway details such as its number, style number, and replacement number in case there is another colorway that replaces this one, and whether the article is locked or not, etc. It also lists the attributes and their values, the user who created and updated the colorway and the creation and update dates. The sequence in which attributes are displayed is specified at the catalog level. This is managed by the Trasix Support team.
The colorway creation, deactivation and reactivation dates are also displayed. If the colorway is New, only the created date field will show the date, while if the colorway is deactivated, the drop date value is shown in the Drop date field, and if the colorway is reactivated, the reactivation date field will show the respective date. You can edit the article details by clicking .
For inactive colorways, a few tabs are activated, such as delivery dates, sizes, history, and related. The other tabs cannot be viewed or activated.
For articles added to inherited catalogs, the article details page appears as shown below:
You can un-assign the article to the selected catalog by clicking (–).
